Q: How soon before the seminar starts can I register?
You can register by phone or by using our website up until the day before your seminar begins. We also accept walk-in registrations, but we strongly recommend advance reservations to ensure that we can accommodate you.
Q: How do I register more than one person?
The easiest way to register multiple people is on our website or you may call 1.877.386.6451.
Q: How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
If you register using our Website, you will have the opportunity to print a confirmation page at the end of the registration process. You will also receive an electronic confirmation and invoice via email. If you register via phone, fax, e-mail or mail, you will receive an electronic confirmation letter via email.
SEMINAR HOURS AND ATTIRE
Q: What time does my seminar begin and end?
On the first morning, please arrive at 8:30 am to pick up your registration packet and room assignment. Seminars begin at 9:00 am and end at 4:40pm. Seminars that conclude with half day sessions end at 12:00 pm.
Q: What should I wear?
Casual business attire is appropriate. Note: room temperatures may vary so you may want to dress in layers.
Q: Can TIPPD, INC. help me make travel arrangements?
TIPPD, INC. partners with leading travel organizations to offer participants special discounts when attending TIPPD, INC. seminars. Preferred pricing is available at some hotels close to a seminar venue. Call 877.386.6451 for information.
Q: Can TIPPD, INC. help me make hotel reservations?
TIPPD, INC. does not arrange hotel accommodations. However, TIPPD, INC. has negotiated with certain hotels in some locations to hold a block of rooms for seminar participants for up to three weeks prior to your seminar start date. Look on your registration confirmation letter for a phone number for one of these hotels. When you call the hotel, mention you are an TIPPD, INC. seminar attendee to secure preferred rates, if available. We recommend you make your reservations early.
LUNCH AND PARKING
Q: Do you offer food?
At some venues, coffee, tea and water may be provided. We ask that you make your own arrangements for eating. For your convenience, our customer service staff is happy to give you recommendations for places to eat. Lunch breaks are usually an hour.
Q: Do you provide parking?
TIPPD, INC. does not provide parking for seminar attendees. Venue locations usually have ample open parking.
Q: Can I get your seminars delivered on-site?

DURING THE SEMINAR
Q: Will I receive any materials at the seminar?
Yes! You’ll receive a participant handbook that outlines course topics and includes supplemental handouts, if appropriate.
Q: How can I stay in touch with family and colleagues? How can people reach me?
You’ll have time during periodic breaks to make calls. In addition, our venues are equipped with WiFi so you can receive your e-mails.
